COMPLETE GUT RENOVATION
We acquired a highly distressed, beach-block single-family home in mid-2019 in an unbeatable location: a less than 2 minute walk to the Boardwalk and one of Atlantic City's best beaches. The home had been occupied by the same owner since the 1970s, who had allowed it to fall into disrepair. As one of the few remaining homes in the Inlet section of Atlantic City, our goal was to maximize its potential by creating a sleek, modern 7 BR/4.5 BA beach retreat.
After an exhaustive renovation via our affiliate, Liberty Hudson Construction, including replacing the roof, siding, all windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and a new HVAC system, we welcomed our first short-term rental guest in July, 2021.
