Founded in 2018, Liberty Hudson Capital is the culmination of years of work by Ryan Goldfarb and John Errico, experienced New Jersey and New York based real estate investors. Our simple premise is, via investments in distressed properties, to improve the neighborhoods in which we operate. 

This goal has taken shape in investments throughout New Jersey, including Hudson, Bergen, Essex, and Atlantic Counties in New Jersey, and New Haven, Connecticut.

In 2020, Liberty Hudson Capital began investing heavily in Atlantic City, New Jersey, excited about the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the revival of a troubled, yet iconic, American city.

Through Liberty Hudson Opportunity Zone Fund I, and other affiliated projects, Liberty Hudson Capital is one of the largest residential investors in Atlantic City's tourism district, with projects spanning from the northern tip of Absecon Island to the opposite end of Atlantic City. Liberty Hudson Capital currently operates the largest qualified opportunity zone fund focused exclusively on investments in Atlantic City residential real estate.

As detailed in our case for investing in Atlantic City, we believe that Atlantic City offers a unique opportunity of tremendous short- and medium-term cash flow, enormous long-term upside potential, and the actualization of our goal to make the places that we invest in better. Our expertise in the short term rental space has allowed us to quickly scale to one of the largest short term rental operators in Atlantic City, and we are extremely optimistic about the future of the short term rental space, and Atlantic City.

Many of our Atlantic City projects are substantial renovations of blighted buildings, such as poorly maintained rooming and boarding houses; abandoned homes; and ground-up construction on long-abandoned land. We're deeply proud of, and excited about, the contributions we are making to improve Atlantic City.
