COSMETIC REHAB

We acquired one of Atlantic City's most unique and iconic homes--an 8 BR, 6.5 BA mansion--in an off-market transaction for less than 50% of its original asking price. The home had been saved from ruin by its former owners, who hoped to operate it as a bed-and-breakfast, but lacked the means to complete their vision.

Located literally steps from the Boardwalk, our goal was to preserve the house's unique architectural and period-appropriate details, while making it comfortable for modern visitors. Our rehab included adding central air conditioning, replacing the exterior decking, and painting the interior.

We welcomed our first short-term rental guest in August, 2021.
