John Errico

A serial entrepreneur, John Errico is a Yale (B.A., History) and Cornell Law (J.D. and LL.M, International and Comparative
Law) educated attorney and investor. In 2013, John left the full-time practice of law to run venture-backed technology startups in California and New York, including a company in the real
estate tech space. In 2014, John began building a real estate portfolio in the greater New York City area, focusing on small multi-family investments in northern New Jersey and Connecticut. By
2019, the portfolio was valued at over $3M.
In 2018, John and Ryan started Liberty Hudson Capital, focusing on investments throughout the tristate area.
