Beach-y Single Family
In late 2019, we acquired a distressed, vacant single family home. The current owner had begun renovations, but stopped abruptly.
We completely gutted the house, including creating a new bathroom on the ground floor, and creating a smaller bathroom on the second floor (to add in a fourth bedroom).
The home has been successfully operating as a short term rental since early 2021.
